Freshly arrived to Bruxelles from Nantes, Hugo Kov is a DJ, curator, music producer and co-founder of the Mär collective. The year 2026 marks a pivotal milestone in his journey, blossoming as a producer. His musical identity is driven by constant experimentation and evolution drifting between downtempo, progressive, trance, and breaks.

Born outdoors in Le Bois de la Cambre in Brussels, Digital Roots is an event series created by Hugo Kov. Designed as a natural getaway from the noises of the city, Digital Roots explores ambient, downtempo, trip-hop, and many other sounds.

As part of this residency on Microwave, Digital Roots brings the open-air experience on air. Each episode features live recordings from the various events of the 2026 season. For every session, Hugo Kov invites a guest DJ to share a selection curated around three core guidelines: Love, Nostalgia, and Forest, offering listeners a contemplative experience to enjoy wherever you are.
