Corne De Gazelle

Every first Friday of the month

Corne de Gazelle is an independent, trilingual podcast (French, English and Arabic) led by Zakaria Amir Sten and created for — and from within — the queer Arab community. Based in Brussels, the collective gathers queer racialised voices from Arab and North African diasporas, building a space where identities are not only acknowledged but fully celebrated. Their mission is to raise awareness, amplify lived experiences, and craft a platform of joy, creativity, care and resistance in a world that too often sidelines them.

Honoured as Belgium’s Queer Non-Profit Initiative of the Year by Ket Magazine in 2024 and ranked among the Top 3 French-speaking podcasts at the 2025 Grand Podcast Award (Talk category), Corne de Gazelle has become a resonant archive of intimate stories and community narratives. The podcast is hosted by Zakaria El Haddany, a queer Moroccan creator born in Casablanca and now based in Brussels, who brings together voices from across the diaspora to share nuanced, powerful and vulnerable testimonies.

As the project evolved, Corne de Gazelle has expanded far beyond audio. It has grown into an emerging cultural and artistic hub, dedicated to elevating Arab queerness in all its vibrant forms, nurturing visibility, connection and expression within Brussels’ diverse landscape.
