Black Gravity Tapes is a radio show on Microwave.live by Black Gravity Records and DTM Funk, based in Antwerp. Rooted in a deep love for Black music and its cultural legacy, the show explores the relationship between music, movement and the dancefloor.

Each edition invites an artist, DJ or selector to share their own interpretation of music made for dancing. There is no fixed formula: every mix reflects a personal sense of rhythm, groove and the ways music can move people. From soul, jazz and funk to house, techno and beyond, selections connect different sounds, histories and generations through movement.

Extending the spirit of Black Gravity Records & Listening Room, the show brings attentive listening and dancing together. These are mixes to move to, wherever the listener finds space to dance.

Guests are chosen for their musical perspective, curiosity and the stories they bring through their selections. Black Gravity Tapes gives each selector room to express what the dancefloor means to them.
